I am a travel agent and have been on many tours, but this was my favorite. First of all there is nothing like Italy and definitely nothing like Tuscany. Daniele, the owner of Tuscan Heart and my personal tour guide, was AMAZING. He spoke good English and was so personable he made the tour that much better. He is from Italy so he was very knowledgeable and knew all the perfect places to take us. We were picked up from the cruise port and he was on time waiting for us in a nice suv. He took us to Pisa to see the leaning tower, drove us through the countryside of Tuscany where we saw the most beautiful scenery, went to a local farmhouse for lunch which was amazing and stopped at beautiful places just so we could take pictures. He customized the tour to every little detail we wanted. We were searching for Cocoa from Italy and he even took us to local grocery stores to help us find it. I cannot say enough good things about TUSCAN HEART or Dany. I will remember this tour forever as my favorite. I would recommend this tour to anyone and everyone.
